Personalization Confirmation

After placing your order, please email service@novpel.com with your order number, customization requirements, and the exact name and/or date you would like included. Please specify uppercase and lowercase letters and your preferred date format.

We will review your request and email you the final personalization details and estimated production time for approval. Production will begin only after we receive your confirmation. If any request is unavailable or requires an additional charge, we will explain this and obtain your agreement before proceeding.

Please check all details carefully before approving. You may request changes or cancellation before production begins. Once production has started, changes or cancellation may no longer be possible.

If we cannot fulfill your request and you do not accept an alternative, we will refund the order. Your rights regarding defective, damaged, or incorrectly personalized items remain unaffected.
